Ordering Information

Placing Orders:
Please specify item number, color of imprint, and layout of logo and design. Print or type all information to ensure accuracy. Include requests for shipping method and shipping data.

Billing Terms:
Net 30 days with approved credit. C.O.D., VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards accepted. We DO NOT accept Discover and American Express cards!

Artwork:

  • Digital art using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, 300 DPI resolution minimum is preferred except for four-color process.
  • No additional charge if the artwork is clear and can be sized as needed for proper resolution.
  • Camera-ready black and white hard copy is acceptable.
  • For multiple-color imprints, we require color separations and a full-color composite for reference.
  • Please remember that artwork should be as large as possible to avoid the loss of resolution that results from enlarging a too-small image.
  • Poor quality or unusually complex artwork will require additional art charges.

Four-Color Process:
We cannot accept four-color process on disk or by email. It must be film positives, emulsion up, to size, line screen 65.

Screens:
Screens will be available for two years; after that time, new screen charges will apply.

Change of Ink Charge: $18 (H)

PMS Color Matching:
Exact color matching is not guaranteed, but a reasonable match (within limits of color process) will be available for a charge of $18 (H).

Email Proofs:
Will be sent via fax or email for a charge of $12 (H).

Pre-Production Proofs:
We suggest you request pre-production proofs for inspection if there are questions or concerns regarding material, color, or designs. Fees for pre=production proofs are $27 (H) per color.

Over runs and Under runs:
Exact quantities cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to ship and invoice +/- 5% of the purchase order quantity.

Product Size Variance:
May vary as much as 5%.

Changes to Orders:

  • In general, changes should be confirmed within 24 hours of the original order by overnight mail or fax and cannot be guaranteed after that night.
  • The customer is responsible for all production costs related to changes after 24 hours.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs, including production and shipping costs, for cancellations after 24 hours.

Shipping Instructions and Schedules:

  • Most items are bulk packaged.
  • Special packaging available at additional cost and on a limited basis.
  • Add $8 (f) for drop shipments.
  • UPS, USPS, Federal Express, and other carriers used for most shipments and we will use the least expensive unless otherwise requested.
  • Please allow a lead-time of 2-4 weeks from receipt of artwork and purchase order.

Trademark Usage:
Ownership of logos remain with individual corporations represented. Logos reproduced on this website demonstrate the imprinting capability of APB. This DOES NOT imply general reproduction rights nor is it for the purpose of product endorsement.

Sample Requests:
Samples of stock items (max of 3) will be sent free of charge.

Information Regarding Returns:

  • There will be a restocking fee of 15% for items without imprint.
  • Returns WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization by customer service.
  • Request for authorization MUST BE made in writing and received within 10 working days of the date of shipment.

Product Information:
Fabric colors may vary from one lot to the next. Not all colors can be guaranteed colorfast, especially the darker colors such as red.

Warranty:
APB stands behind its products and will provide items of the highest quality available. Customer service is a top priority and we will do all in our power to accommodate the customer. In the event of defects in workmanship or errors for which WE are responsible, products will be replaced. Please note the limits to liability with regard to size, colorfastness, quantity, and color, which are noted above. These limits are not considered errors or defects and replacements will not be provided for unavoidable variations in the products.
